Our shop is here. Middleburg is where we built our first showers two decades ago, and we still do plenty of work right in town. Newer subdivisions out by Spencer's Plantation and older homes off Henley Road, we know the housing stock and the soil here as well as anyone.

Bathroom remodels and custom showers make up most of our Middleburg work, with a steady stream of floor installs in homes built in the early 2000s where the original ceramic is starting to crack.

A 15-minute drive northeast from our shop. Orange Park is one of our most active areas, between Oakleaf Plantation, Argyle Forest, and the older homes along Kingsley Avenue. We do a lot of master suite remodels here, plus kitchen backsplashes in the newer-build neighborhoods.

For homeowners updating from builder-grade tile, this is where we shine: turning a standard 8x10 master into something that actually feels custom without bumping into structural changes.

Fleming Island homeowners tend to be doing higher-end remodels, and that's right in our lane. Curbless showers, marble surrounds, large-format porcelain floors, full kitchen backsplash overhauls. We've done dozens of homes in Eagle Harbor and Pace Island over the years.

Bonus: humidity and salt air put extra demands on shower waterproofing and natural stone sealing. We spec materials and setting systems with that in mind so the work lasts.

Oakleaf Plantation is one of the larger newer-build communities in our service area, and we get called in regularly for backsplash installs, shower upgrades from the original builder unit, and floor replacements in the kid's bath. Quick projects, clean turnaround.

Twenty minutes south of the shop. A lot of the work in Green Cove is older-home tile, where the original 1970s and 80s flooring needs to come up and be replaced with something modern and durable. We've also done a handful of historic-home fireplace surrounds here.

Greater Jacksonville is a big footprint and we take projects across most of it. San Marco and Avondale historic homes get a lot of careful subway-tile bathroom work. Mandarin is master baths and showers. Westside is a steady mix of backsplashes and floor work.

For beaches clients, we factor in salt air corrosion on metal trim and the way humidity affects grout cure times. Materials and methods get adjusted accordingly.

Newer planned communities like Julington Creek and Nocatee mean a lot of new-build upgrades: backsplashes, shower glass walls, accent walls in the primary suite. Detail-oriented work for homeowners who care about the trim and the grout, not just the field tile.
